A technician is dispatched to you for hardware and software setup and repair, or other IT-related tasks including computer repair. Or we can remote in, fix the problem and get your employee back to work right away.

Remote Support $79.00 per issue
If your computer is having trouble but you can still connect to the internet, we may be able to repair your computer software related issues without you having to bring in your machine. Using remote support technology we link our computer to yours, over the internet, to troubleshoot and repair while you watch.
Fact: 95% of all personal computer problems are software related. This means that in almost all cases we don’t need to physically access your machine.
Some of the problems we can fix remotely are:

- Virus & spyware removal

- General PC problems
- Windows errors messages
If you have internet access and your computer has one of these symptoms we may be able to remotely repair computer–while saving you time and money.
What We Do
At DFWNS, we can handle service and repair for most devices! Our goal is to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. Simply fill out a service ticket and we’ll come pick up your device and drop it back off to you once it’s repaired.
Non-warranty Repair
Whether your warranty is expired, or just doesn’t cover the damage on your machine, we can handle the repairs. Our standard diagnostic fee is $59.95. However, this fee is waived should you decide to go through with the repairs. We have a flat labor rate of $59.95, plus the cost of any parts needed. We can work on the following machines:

Hardware Upgrades
Want to update your machines hard drive or memory? We can help you determine what your machine can handle, order parts, and handle the install. Just open a service ticket and let us know what you currently have, what you’d like to upgrade to, and if you prefer to stick to your machines brand for parts or would like to go third party.
