Use the booking form below to request appointments with DFW Network Services. Select the relevant service and an available time, then enter the details requested by the form.

If you are unsure which service fits your project, contact our team before booking. You can also request an IT quote or a TV mounting quote.

Prepare for Your Appointment

First, write a short description of the work you need. For a computer problem, include the device type, any error message and when the problem started. Also mention whether it affects one device or several. These details help explain the issue before a technician begins troubleshooting.

For TV mounting appointments, note your screen size, wall material and preferred viewing location. Let us know if you already have a bracket or need help choosing one. In addition, describe nearby power outlets and how you want visible cables handled. Unusual surfaces or placement may need a separate quote.

For business IT or Wi-Fi support, describe the rooms, devices and users involved. Tell us whether you need help with an existing setup or are planning a change. For example, moving an office and fixing a weak wireless connection require different preparation.

Finally, check your contact details and location before submitting your appointment request. If your plans change, contact our team to discuss the next step. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential files in a booking message. Keep access to the work area clear, and have the relevant equipment available so you can explain your needs during the visit.
